New Member Single Male

All new single males must have a pre-arranged sponsor. Each member couple and single female has the ability to sponsor 1 single male after 6 months of membership for the life of their membership. If you would like to sponsor a single male, you MUST email us in advance at tabulife@tabulife.com

You must include your name, your member number, the persons name you would like to sponsor and their email address.

*All cancellation MUST be received NO later then 3 pm Saturday May 15th for a Full Refund.

Any Cancellation on or after May 15th at 3 pm will be subject to a 50% HOLDING Fee. No Refunds will be given after 9 pm May 15th.
